Call, email or fill out our registration form. We will send you a packet of information. After we receive the necessary forms, there is an interview process to ensure that parent(s)/guardian(s) and child(ren) understand and are willing to cooperate with the mission and philosophy of the school. Students should have at least a “B” average in conduct and a “C” average in academics for admission to PMHS.

   3. $50 Application Fee (non-refundable)
   4. Copy of the student's most recent report card and achievement tests
       (other academic records may be requested)
   5. School Lunch Application & Food Allergy Form

 

Once you are accepted, complete the Financial Aid Application.

 

When a financial aid decision has been made, we will notify you with your tuition amount. All new parents must activiate their tuition payment plan at FACTS Tuition Plan Enrollment.
